They all possessed great military power and that's why known as the Gunpowder Empires. All three were great Islamic Empires. They all were Turkic nomadic conquerors. The government structure of all three was absolute monarchy.
It caused a lot of conflict, because leaders would be confused as to what to believe, or would be forceful towards their people, making them convert to their religion. Some would accept all types of religion, creating a peaceful atmosphere in their empire. Either way, it definitely had a big impact in the governing of these three empires.
