The catholic religion is the most common in Uruguay but only 42% of Uruguayan are catholics. 37% of the Uruguayans don't follow any religion.
80% of Bolivia's population are Catholics. 10% are Evangelic. 3% of Bolivians do not follow a religion, and the remaining population are non-Christian (Judaism, Islam, etc), Mormon, Jehovah's Witness, or follow traditional religions.

Jewish/Jew Catholicism is the religion not the term for people who follow it. Catholics follow Catholicism. Like Christians follow Christianity. Jews follow Judaism.
Baptists attend the baptist church. Some baptists do not label themselves as protestant because many try to follow the New Testament model in the letters of Paul in the Bible without reference to the Catholic church traditions.
