The religion that places importance on Christmas prayers is Christianity. There are various branches of Christianity, but those that celebrate Christmas place importance on Christmas prayers.
The religion is practised at home, at work, and when travelling. The early morning prayers and the evening prayers are preferably done in the Masjid. Once a week the Friday afternoon prayer is done as a congregational prayer, and so is the Eid prayers when every one goes to the Masjid which is the place of worship for the muslims.

No Muslims will have no difficulty as they can practise their religion anywhere across the world. Islam is wide spread and there always will a Islamic centre around. All they need is the Quran and a prayer mat, and if there are no Islamic centre they can always accumulate at one place for the congregational prayers.
There is no such place as "the upper religion."
