Everyone, everywhere should accept other religions, whether or not they do, I don't know. Buddhism may not accept other religions as a whole, but you should only think about it on a person to person basis.

Christian Science religion does not accept antibiotics. The results of this can be deathly, since they absolutely refuse to take any medicines.
Jehovah"s Witnesses ( absolute ban) and Christian Science. There may be others. Blood Banks only came out commercially in l937 in either Detroit or Chicago,not sure. The Witnesses quote Biblical passages that are actually about Race-Mixing or some primitive tribal rite. Blood transfusion did not exist in Biblical times!
