Pecos Bill is a tall tale legend in the storytelling world. Pecos Bill did not fall out of a tornado, he roped the tornado with his lasso and rode it until it stopped.
Pecos Bill used his lasso to capture a tornado and squeezed the rain out of the clouds.
Pecos Bill taught the other cowboys how to lasso and he taught them songs. He was raised by wolves so he was able to do all of those things.
Pecos River and Texas
He was living with coyotes until he met another human, Chuckwagon Chuck. Since he was standing by the Pecos River, Chuckwagon Chuck named him Pecos Bill.

Pecos Bill
?
Well, some people never read about Pecos Bill, so if this is a test I'm not talking.
Pecos Bill was not a real person but a character in a story.
Pecos Bill was born in Texas, and while traveling as an infant in the back of a covered wagon, he fell out unnoticed by anyone near the Pecos River. He was taken in and raised by a pack of coyotes, and over the years developed supernatural powers, including the ability to talk to animals. He grew up to become a great cowboy, using snakes as lassos and whips. No other person could ride his horse, Widow-Maker. Pecos shot all the stars out of the sky, except for one lone star. Pecos finally proposed to his girlfriend, Slue-Foot Sue, and they got married. She insisted on riding Widow-Maker, but he bucked her off and she hit her head on the moon. She bounced and bounced as Pecos Bill tired to lasso her, but she finally came to rest on the moon. He was so heart-broken he went back to live with the wolves.
