need to be the peoples house. 435 representatives.. means needs to have a lot of rules. The house needs Leaders , Commitee work is important. in the house of representatives you need to start the process

They first make a bill. Then there is a 1st Reading, it's sent to a committee, there's a hearing, there's a 2nd reading, then a 3rd reading and debate, then they vote. Then, the bill is sent to the senate who do a slightly different process, then sent to the Governor to veto it or make it law. The House can not make a law, they can only make bills according to what the people want.
