Dive in. Swim northward until you get to the arch. There is a bomb fish, so swim up. Go back down and blow up the bomb rock. Swim through the resulting hole. Go down further and blow up the next bomb rock. Before you enter the second hole, swim up to the tunnel in the eastern wall. Open a chest for water bombs. Dive to the bomb hole and swim through. Take out your sword because there are enemies. Go through the door at the southern end of the room. There's other stuff in this room (rupees). Look up at the claw shot medallion. Hit it and lower yourself through a hole in the floor. The boss key is in the chest there.

once u beat the giant fish thing, and u get ur claw shot. there are 2 rooms. they r exact opposites and both are in the turning staircase room one of them you just climb up and pull a lever out . it should give you a key.... its like a spiral ramp. its got a fish statue in the middle. the second room you have to use ur hook shot to climb becuz the spiral ramp is broken. when you get to the top just pull the lever out of the celing and hookshot to the treasure chest. once the water level rises, u can get to it. i cant tell you the exact spot of the room its in i just know its like a water maze room. srry

Well, first you have to get to the staircase room and get in to the room down one floor on the left then in that room you will see a ramp you go up there and pull the switch then after you slide down and move the staircase in the staircase room to get the water flow on the right side then you get the water flowing on another slide and you get to the mini boss which is a frog thing. there will be tadpoles you kill them and look up and the frog will come down from the ceiling. You kill more tadpoles and the frog will jump you move out the way of it's shadow and it will be immobilized slash it's tongue do it 3 times and you will have the clawshot. the water temple is much easier with it so go to the water temple boss morpheel. you float down into the room and you will see a tentacle an eye will float through then you pull it out with the clawshot and slash do it three times and morpheel will come out the ground as some huge eel it has an eye on top of its head you claw shot it and slash it three times and you have won just watch out because it will suck you into it's mouth and spit you out if you get too close.
