Monarch i believe
An absolute monarch is a ruler (king or queen) who does not allow anyone to disagree with them. Their rule is law. During the Enlightenment the people in countries around the world were encouraged to take charge of their lives, their politics and their countries. In order for the people to take charge their ruler must be willing to work with them - an absolute monarch would not be willing.
A ruler that has unlimited power and authority over his or her power is an absolute monarch.
he was absolute because he was able to remove the nobilty from power, therefore he was alone in the throne. Also he established and raised a military that was able to accomplish some of his desires.
In an absolute monarchy, there is no limit on the power of the ruler. A constitutional monarchy imposes certain limits on the ruler's power. In the UK, the monarch's role is largely ceremonial.
An absolute ruler, especially a monarch who holds and exercises the powers of the government as by inherit right, not subject to restrictions.
monarch
Traditionally, an absolute monarch would only admit to having responsibilities to God, not to the people, and only the absolute monarch gets to say what his (or rarely, her) responsibilities are. Louis the fourteenth famously said "L'état c'est moi" meaning I am the state. The people in such a country exist to serve the monarch, the monarch does not exist to serve the people.
