i know for a fact that pennies only tarnish. paper clips usually are painted, and needles do not rust all that easily. nails rust faster. Sprite has little caffine, and the Orange Juice has acid. those are ruled out. water wins. nails rust faster in water.

None of these coins will rust, because they don't contain iron or steel.

A modern penny (cent) will potentially deteriorate faster because it's made of zinc with a thin copper plating. If the plating is damaged the underlying zinc will oxidize. The other denominations are made entirely of copper and nickel so they won't oxidize under normal conditions.

The rate of rusting in the atmosphere will mostly depend on surface area. Something with a large surface area will have more opportunity to bind with oxygen. This means the car will rust faster.
