It depends on the volume of the dealership, the economy and the region. I get paid flat rate and I assume most dealerships do as well, so if there is no work you get no money. I am a Toyota Master Tech and ASE Master Tech working on the east coast at a high volume dealership and make between 80-100k.
I would say most Master ASE certified techs own their own shop. Why work for somebody if you're a master tech? So their pay would vary. My dad nets (profits) 150,000/yr. which is decent from a single shop

Most likely it is the regulator drive broken. This is a dealer part only and I believe it is sold as one piece with a new motor ASE certified master tech / L1
its a dealer code: But the vehicle aint heating up fast enough. Could be a faulty ECM or catylic issues when vehicle is taking to long to go into closed loop, or a faulty injector, or intake tempature sensor! ASE MASTER TECH FORD CERTIFIED TECH
usually your intake manifold is ok...the manifold gaskets are prone to failure..they are plastic with rubber impregnated seals...if the manifold is actually pitted, you can repair with JB WELD then sand smooth.... ase master certified tech
Get the service manual don't guess. as a master tech. ASE. Cert. you can't go wrong auto zone year make and model. its nothing like doing it the right way the first time.
