If your chickens are truly free range then about the only way to keep the fox away is to get a dog or trap the fox and relocate it far away.

You can also build a fenced area and not allow the chickens to roam the farmyard.

Put a fence or wiring around the hutch. Also you could put a strong smell like vineager or some oily fish far away from the hutch.

Unless you keep the cat indoors at all times, you cannot keep them away from birds. Cats have a natural instinct to hunt. You can't really combat this.
