If by good you mean fun, then it is fun because of the fun things they do on Halloween. Many people like dressing up on Halloween in witches costumes, German beer girl costumes, queen of hearts costumes and vampire costumes amongst others. To some Halloween may seem evil almost like it is celebrating the occult or occult like activities but in my mind as in others it is almost like celebrating the fact that by dressing up showing we are not scare of ghosts, ghouls and goblins. So rather than being a celebration of witchcraft and other such areas it is actually like an occult anti-matter, by wearing scary costumes and doing scary things they are trying to cope with their fear of all things dark and scary.
