Look at the Simmons Aetec 'scope
They make a 4-14x44 that would be real nice on that gun.
I've found the Simmons are the best value for the money of any scope I've seen.
...and they're guaranteed for life, no questions asked.
This is a personal opinion,
I don't work for Simmons and have nothing to gain from suggesting this item.
I have 2.8-10x44 on my 30'06 and it is fantastic.
100-300 or so
yes,many have done that.
200-300 w/0 scope

Need more information. Is it a Model 99 in .300 Savage? Is it a Model 110 in .300 Magnum? If its a Model 99, which submodel is it? How old? What condition? sales@countrygunsmith.net How do I know what model it is? It is used, in excellent condition and has a scope. The rifle was produced Oct 3, 1899 so it's a 1899 model. Gun has been used for hunting/ no scope. It was originally made for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. They rejected the guns because they were too heavy to carry. Only 12 were produced.
you should pay about 300 to about 350 dollars for a Remington 243 rifle
I would value your marlin rifle at between 300-350 dollars, which does not include the value of the scope.
cost of 20 year old Parker hale Winchester with red field scope
Each weapon will exhibit a preference for one or more brands and bullet weights. You have to shoot as many as you can aford to find out which one your rifle will like the best. There are 300 USD rifles that shoot as well as 10000 USD rifles.
Made from 1941-1969. Value depends on overall condition. If military marked, value increases. The scope does not add that much value. Range from 300-700
about £300 it depends on the quality of the rifle
In good shape it should bring 300 to 375
