The drivers' seat. You have to pull the exhaust and the drive shaft. Drop the tank and clean it out anyway if you're replacing a fuel pump. But If your 04 is like mine, the tank is directly under the back seat right behind the driver. There is only one strap and nothing really in the way. Not sure what the difference is in the later models but mine is mfr in 08-03 making it one of the first. They went downhill from there. Try looking under the car first. But it really should be cleaned anyway.
