Miranda and Joe Durbin do not really "play" Horse Isle. However they have an account on all servers. DesertPaint, the administrator for HI1, usually plays on all servers. While SpottedRose (the new HI1 artist, will usually come on white server.

You first need the 75% Quest Point Award, in order to go to cloud. Then you need to have 1 million, then go to the unicorn/pegasus uniter. Then you rent one, then you have it for two real hours. Then you can 'poof' anywhere. I am HorseCrazyJaz on HorseIsle (cremello server)

There isn't a place where you can see the top horses of each breed, but if you go to the city hall and you can see records, and the top horses on the server.
