I had the same problem with my ex...you need to choose which one makes you happier, listens to your feeling and cares about you more.
If your ex has a new girlfriend then he might not want you back and your new guy might leave then you'll be left with nothing. I left my ex and went with the guy that made me happier and I've been with him for over 2 1/2 years now. Make your choice based on long term and good luck ;]
