Same shape as a black bear. Cannot strictly identify the grizzly by it's hump...some black bears have that hump too (or at least appear to have the hump). The only way to ID the griz is by it 3" claws...black bears only have 1 1/2" claws.

The body of a polar bear can be a shape of an oval. But the overall shape of the bear, including legs, feet and head, is an irregular shape.

It's in the shape of a bear, though with a slightly rounded torso. You can refer to pictures of pretty much any bear to compare it. Or you can look up pictures of a panda bear.
