shoes with good grip on them and will cushion your foot when you land e.g asics or saucony. you can get specialist ones but you could pay up to a large sum of money
this is my answer for this, i have tried many kinds of shoes, nike, converse, pumas, etc.
personal, any thing with good grip and good cushion will help you, i go get any kind really, but my favorites are Merrells, its like a hiking boot brand but they come in hiking shoes to, the pair i have have netting on the outside, it kinda nice in the summer when its hot, once i lost grip on the shoes i bought Yak traks, they are great for grip, in the winter, you can easily run on ice, then if you get a kind of shoe that have no cushion inside, just buy some 10 dollar Dr. Scholls, easy and cheap.

I would recommend the Puma Faas 500 shoes. Here is a good review on them: http://extremeparkourshoes.com/2013/03/20/puma-faas-500-review/
Honestly, there is no perfect parkour shoe yet in stores. But anything that fits comfortably or is cheap, with good grip will work. If you have money, buy from stores online. Best online parkour/freerunning shoe is the KO's or the Ariake's.
probley if you don't have a budget get a good pair of asics they might be 150 dollars or so but they come very loose and the shoe bends and works with your foot unlike a normal tennis shoe that is tight and hard to move your foot in
Maybe high tops or any shoes that help you best with your break dancing because if you aren't comfortable with certain shoes on people tell you to wear for Break Dancing you probably won't do your best in break dancing so just brake dance in shoes your comfortable with :)
You can use any type of shoes for parkour and free running, technique is far more important in both activities.
for me i love wearing high heels :)
The puma faas 300 trainers are suitable for running because they are running shoes. The shoes feel great and are one of the best running shoes that I have ever worn in my opinion. Most running shoes are anywhere from 90z to 10oz , but these shoes only weight 7oz.
Inaproprate danceing
Nothing - I don't dance. I'd imagine clothes which don't restrict movement and a comfortable pair of shoes would be in order, though.

The best brands of soccer shoes are Nike, Adidas, and Puma. Adidas make it easier to run through grass, Nike are regular, and Puma are good too. Any of the three should be suitable.
A shoe with good arch and instep support is recommended for running and jogging. Many brands of shoes by Nike, Adidas, and Reebok have shoes for running, walking, and cross-training which would be suitable.
There are many Nike shoes that are suitable for dancing. Some of the most popular Nike shoes for dance include the Nike Shox, the Nike QVida and the Nike MC.
Actually Micheal Jackson is the best, the nest is Usher third is Chris brown..
They do not absorb as much shock as metal shoes, and when it gets cold (in the winter) the shoes may crack.
yes she is, by her danceing everyone loves her, she is the best dancer ever to me i hope you like her too.
The best season to wear open toe shoes is summer obviously, because then the weather is warmest and wearing closed toe shoes can cause sweaty feet. Spring is also a good season, if it is dry.
Yes airware shoes are suitable for many tasks. They are perfect for running and jogging. You can wear them everyday when running errands and such. They are light fit and comfortable.
