To say this question is missing enough important information to give a solid answer would be an understatement.
Are you a male or female? Are you friends, lovers, strangers? Is she being abused and looking for shelter? Is he cheating on her and she is looking for a way out? Are you cheating with her?
Whatever is going on, keep in mind, she is exactly what the question stated... a married woman. This sounds like an amazing way to create some serious workplace drama of epic proportions. It can't be anything but a bad idea.
If you and the wife are good friends, and she is in a bad situation, there is nothing wrong with helping her find a place to go or to find safety. Just remember, moving her in with you brings any marriage problems she is having straight into your home with her. There will be no escape. You will go to work, you are with your pissed off coworker. You come home, you are there with her talking about the situation. This will become your 24/7 life.
If you really want to help, find her actual help. Don't just supply a place to run away to.
