it would depend if you wanted to spend money or not.
Maybe a stone stuck in the tire tread.
maybe it is broken
Loosen the lug nuts a turn, or two, drive it a few feet. It should come loose.
You should try giving the bottom of the tire a good hit. Then hit it all around the wheel well. This should loosen it enough for it to be pulled off.
As soon as practical. It will have a slow leak until it is replaced. Don't remove it! Your tire will go flat and you will be stuck.
Did you ever get yours open?? I'm having the same problem.
Annoy them back
The PSI for the back should be 42 and for the front tire the PSI should be 36.
A rock being stuck in it
Try taking your tire iron and bounce the side of it off of the sidewalls of the tire. Sometimes tires get stuck on the rotor. Just tap it a few hard times and it should come off.
WD40 and a few kicks.
I would take my vehicle to a shop and have them put it onto a lift. Have them lift it up. Then I'd take a rubber mallet and hit the back of the tire tell it pops off.
