Dont train your biceps daily
Train your biceps only twice a week
If you want size then
Barbell curls - 3 x 12,10,8
Hammer curls - 3x12
concentration curls - 2x20
If you are looking for shapping it up then
preacher curls - 3x10
dumbbell curls - 2x15
hammer curls - 3x15
Remember diet and workout for other major muscle groups also plays a very vital role in your goal
