Well if you like a guy that is "baby cute" then, guess what, he's baby cute. Also if another girl likes the same guy then that's fine, but me having only guys as friends, they don't want the girl to flirt first, they will make the first move. Talking is just talking it means that they are friends, and also a girl that flirts too quickly is nothing more than a friend to a guy. So just wait for him to notice you, also don't be shy go talk to him. ^^ Glad to help. ^^
