Lower number of carbs (grains, starchy foods), use probiotics (non dairy type best, found in health food stores in their refrigerators) and digestive enzymes, making sure there is at least amylase and cellulase in the mix.

Chew your food well (for any carbs you do eat, this helps you body have better secretion of digestive enzymes) Relax when you eat meals, this is also helpful.

Doing proper food combining is also helpful. "Fit for life" by the Diamonds is a good inexpensive book, used stores often have it or library.

yes .. basically beans , cabbage .. and others .. that's why you should chew your food well ..

avoiding these foods won't make you fart-free for there's a bacteria in your intestine that makes you "fart"

Before you eat your meal, you can eat cook fruits or vegetables. That significantly reduces the fiber content and thus reduces the potential for gas. What is more, avoid sodas and fizzy drinks.

Spices are very helpful, too. Using ones such as ginger, peppermint, sage, coriander, and chamomile can help to prevent gas.

Generally, you have to eat less food that are high in carbohydrates.

generally high fibre foods make you fart - beans, brown bread, pulses, vegetables such as brocolli, cabbage and sprouts - but these foods are also good for you and you need some fibre in your diet or you'll get constipated (unable to poo!). Other things may make you fart too and this could be due to a food intolerance. If you've got a real farting problem keep a food diary for a couple of weeks and make a note of when you have bad wind to see if there's any pattern in farting and what you've eaten.
