Nothing. Don't call them they are either busy or not worth your time! Maybe "Hi, this is (so and so). Call me back when you get a chance. Bye."
It doesnt mean anything it just means you should call him back. Hope this helps :)
It should have it because for google voice usually you can make free calls to anywhere in the US or Canada.
Tell him that you want him to call you so you can hear his voice. My boyfriend used to text only too and I just told him that if I could hear his voice it would feel more real. He calls now, if the guy really likes you he won't mind calling.
You sit him down and in a direct but not demanding voice let him know that when he downplays your opinions it is demeaning and hurtful. If he doesnt get it, that your opinion matters as much as his, maybe you need to find a new boyfriend. In all relationships the 3 c's should be present, Communication, Consideration and Caring. Do you have that.....?????
well in my opinion, if she calls u durin midnight it means she miss u....wanna hear ur voice and all....~
Don't jump to conclusions! He could just be busy! Try calling him...... it theres no answer, leave a voice mail.
some don't like to leave a voicemail. but it doesn't mean anything rie now
it doesnt.

you should ask him if he is mad and if his tone of voice change then he mad but if it dont change then he is not mad
Yes Google voice can be used to make internet phone calls. You can also make free PC to phones call, and free PC to PC calls.
Voice communications have been an essential part of communication for businesses and enterprises. In recent times, voice call APIs have simplified the integration process of adding voice calls to your business communication apps. A voice call API (application programming interface) is a set of pre-developed programs that allows you to integrate voice call technology with your preferred platforms. With voice call APIs, developers can easily integrate voice technology into your website or applications, and users can easily make or receive calls, use call diverting, make one-on-one and group calls, wait for calls, etc.
