They should turn to the Sunna (the way the holy Prophet SAW behaved) or Hadith (the sayings of the holy Prophet SAW), or try to find it in the way the holy Companions f the beloved Prophet Hazrat Muhammad SAW acted, and then used the common intellect of the Muslim Scholars of Muslim Jurisprudence.

∙ 8y agoIf the information is not readily available in the Qur'an, most scholars would argue that you should look at the Hadith, Sira, and Tafsirs for more guidance.
