A child should call the police, go to their teacher or a trust worthy adult. The child could even tell a friend and ask them to tell their parents. It is so important to tell some one. Some one will believe this child.
I strongly urge the child to find help quickly. If you have received a report, it is unlawful to not report it. If you have received a report, you also can go to the police, or contact child protective services.
