Why say anything at all? You can just smile at her, maybe kiss her again. But I agree with the above, some time you will have to say something and then something along the lines of "that was wonderful" or if you like joking a little "we should to do that more often from now on". If you know she's that special person in your life, "I love you" could be the right thing to say.
