175,000 miles I agree w/ the above answer.... I am no mechanic but I read along my way somewhere that high mileage for an 02 Santa Fe was 184,000.......
No, you can and should use high mileage oil if the vehicle has over 100,000 on the ODO.
Use the exact weight that is listed in your owners manual and nothing else. It can be synthetic, conventional, or high mileage.
A high mileage oil should be used.
A high mileage 10w30A high mileage 10w30

Astro mileageMy 1996 Astro AWD 6 cyl gets about 9.5 in the city and 13-15 on the highway. Pretty bad! It has new feet so maybe mileage will improve. You should get 20+ mpg on the high-way(50mph,80kph). If not then its probably the winter gas which always results in 10-15% lower mileage. Otherwise its time for a tuneup and new O2 sensor or new catalytic.
It depends on the car make Most of the cars 100,000 miles is a high mileage For some cars as Mercedes, BMW, Volvo 150,000 miles is a high mileage Alaa Farag
SAE 5w20 High Mileage oil any major brand. If it is burning oil then use SAE 5w30 High Mileage.
I recommend a high-mileage synthetic. 10w-30
3 months 3000 miles
Average mileage per year is 10-14,000 on a vehicle, so more than this would be high mileage.
