look at her for a long time [kinda stare at her eyes] and when she says 'what ?' just say 'your fricken gorgeous, you know.'
if she just looks at you funny, say 'sorry, its just that, i dont know, you just look really ... stunning.' or put it in your own words
i personally think that would be sweet.

Regardless of your age, when you find yourself in another person's company, you can be engaging, funny, kind and considerate.
In your case, you can ask her about what she's reading, what she likes to watch on tele, ask if she has a pet and ask her to tell you about it, what school subjects does she like, and so forth. Plus, you should be prepared to chat up those same items about yourself.
