If one believes that before they came to earth they were with God as His spirit children, or angels if you like, then our IQ would have been much greater than it is now. Our memory of our past life was taken from us so that we could experience this life from the time we started to gain an IQ. Satan on the other hand did not have his memory taken from him. He knows as much about his time in heaven even after he was cast out. What he lacks is the wisdom to use that intelligence.
