Been there, done that. My other friends were my support system in this situation. They didn't pressure us but dropped major hints that each of us were into each other. Eventually, one of us had to make a move. He asked me out and we went out for awhile. This is just an example of how to handle it. These types of relationships are often delicate and you have to vow to each other that, even when you break up, you'll stay friends and it won't wreck your friendship.
