The mirror cover can be removed by removing the mirror cover retaining bolts. You can access the retaining bolts by removing the inside door panel.
You start by taking the engine cover off. You can accomplish by removing quarter sized plugs in the cover on top of the engine. Removing the plugs will provide access to screws to remove the cover. After removing the cover, you have to remove the coil packs which slide down on top of each spark plug. You should see 'posts' with 10mm nuts which need to be removed. Pull each coil pack out after removing the nuts, and the spark plugs should be accessible.

remove the cover. Take a hair dryer and blow dry with hot air the condensation. It should work unless there is a small crack or part of the housing is mssing or damaged allowing water to enter. BEFORE removing the cover to the headlight, use the hair dryer on the entire headlight. Then if necessary, resort to removing the cover. On some cars, it is more difficult to remove the cover. SO I think you should try drying it first.
