On the other hand, a lot of times, it obvious who committed the horrible crime against their fellow human beings. Life imprisonment without parole is good enough 99% of the time. However, if a person who commits murder, is convicted and is sentenced to life without parole, and then commits another murder, then that person should get the death penalty, because life without parole did not stop their criminal activities.
