Well im trying to add it right now. What I did was download the tamper data add-on from searching mozilla firefox tamper data in google. I don't really know what else to say because it should work after being installed.

Netscape is very outdated and is not used any more. i believe they are now Mozilla Firefox, but now days the internet browsers that you can use all should be javascript ready. i know mozilla firefox is javascript ready and the most up to date internet explore is javascript ready. i dont believe there is a difference in the programming i believe on whatever browser you have it should still render.

If you are using Mozilla Firefox, then you are probably using an addon called "NoScript", if you don't know or you are, look for an S icon in ur bottom right of firefox and press allow [for all of the sites in the list.]

Yes you can if you ignore the warning that it gives you when you go to an infected site or if you go to a site that has not yet been reported. i had the same thing happen to me. but you usually only get viruses from sites that are for porn or hacking tools.
There isn't a way to enable or disable JavaScript in IE8 or IE7. In Firefox, you go to Tools > Options > Content > and check the box that says Enable JavaScript then click OK. Other IE's might have javascript, I don't know how to enable javascript for IE, this might be hard to know...
