Coming from a girl, I would suggest getting her a heating pad, motrin, and LOTS OF CHOCOLATE. When a girl has her period she'll just want to lay around and relax. Also, we are moodier than usual. (like extremely moody.) So, if you are hanging out with her I would just watch movies with her instead of trying to get her to go out an do anything. Hope this helps you & Good luck.
