Im pretty sure it's the same in every state, but I know in TN if you have a warrant then you either have to turn yourself in or wait till the county that your warrants are in find and arrest you. It would be in your best interest to turn yourself in. You can't pay a bondsman to remove your warrants, only the person who filed them can drop them. The bondsmans job is to get you out of jail. If you were never booked in (gave your personal information, had your picture taken, received a court date, etc) then there was no reason for you to call a bondsman. If you have not been arrested on these warrants, or turned yourself in and you payed a bondsman to just get rid of your warrant, then you got ripped off. Unfortunately, this happens alot. If you have in fact been booked in on these charges and you payed a bondsman to bail you out and youre asking why the warrants are still on your rercord, they will stay there as inactive (meaning they have been served on you) for quite a number of years, if not indefinitely
