The idle mixture screw is located at the base of the carb in the rear underneath a bracket. Very difficult to do as a small tin plug must be removed first. The ile speed is on the drivers rear of the carb

NO you can not. The idle is computer controlled and should NEVER be fooled with. If it won't idle right then you need to have the engine scanned with an engine scanner so you can get a ideal of what the problem might be.

It could be a number of things, depending on if it's fuel injected or carburated. The easy fix would be a plugged fuel filter. If it has a carburator, it could be a stuck choke or a vacuum leak.
I know the timing is 6 degrees Before TDC but I don't know what the idle RPM is.. I'm trying to find that myself right now...
The IDLE is controlled by the computer. THERE IS NO ADJUSTMENT.
