Tire pressure is more dependent on what type of tire you have. If you look on the side of the tire it should actually tell you what the correct pressure is for that specific tire.
the low side vaccumm should hold between 23-30 vac

the oil pressure sender on a 2000 gmc is in the back of the eng. top side
The answer should be on a sticker in the driver's side door-jam. The proper tire pressure should be listed in you owner's manual. You should also be able to find that information printed on a sticker on the door jamb.
