At least 30 psi.
Full size spare, 35 psi. Compact spare, 60 psi.
At least 30 psi Full size spare should be set the same as other tires. Temporary or "donut" spare is set to 60psi.
32 PSI for Std. Tires & 60 PSI for the Small Spare
Somewhere on your vehicle, usually on the drivers door jam you will find a sticker with tire information on it. It will tell you what size tire and what psi is required for both front and rear tires and spare. This information should also be in the drivers manual.
you can't.. you should check to see that all tires are at there proper PSI, that your tread is not worn thin, and if you have your spare tire on the light will stay on the entire time the spare tire is on, because the spare tire does not connect to your electrical sensor the way the stock tire does. Same would happen if you have aftermarket rims and tires. So in whole, the light doesn't go off unless your stock tires are on and they are at proper PSI. ( hope this is helpful )

PSI is pounds per square inch so on your average tire on the wall of the tire it should say a number then PSI
It is the tire pressure monitoring system telling you that you have a tire that is low or lower then the rest of your tires. Check the pressure of each tire (should be around 30 psi). If those tires are OK check your spare as the spare is hooked into the monitoring system as well.
The PSI for the back should be 42 and for the front tire the PSI should be 36.
If you open up the fuel door the tire psi information is in there. I have a 2001 VW Beetle and my tire psi should be between "28 to a MAX of 38 psi.
Front and rear tires 30 PSI as indicated on sticker on glove compartment. 60 PSI for the spare.
