I had a struggle with this answer but i found out its easier to get a girl a prezzie, it depends on age for boyfriend presents, you can get a teddy bear what says i love u or happy birthday (11+) a box of chocolates (any) a photo frame what says "love" and put a picture of u and him in the photo frame.

Really, it depends on what your boyfriend likes. If he likes cars a ton, why not buy him that model of car he loves? Or if your budget is like everybody else, try buying him a model toy of that car to show you remember and care.

It should be something that tells him "I care about you and you're important to me". That could be something that proves that you know him, and what he likes. So if he likes band X, you could get him an album of that band that he doesn't have yet for example. If he likes author Y, get him a book of that author that he hasn't read yet. Or maybe you know just how much he loves meal Z, so you could cook that for him. And of course include a letter or card that tries to express what you can't say with words ;)
