The fuse, if not, then the switch, then the motor, but by then you will also need a test light and/or a DMM.
It could be that the window motor has stopped working.
Wipers are almost always fused or have a relay. You owners manual will show you where the fuse centers are. Look for a fuse or relay marked wprs or something similar. If they quit that quick it would seem that it should not be that serious. I hope this helps you. Mark
I just had this same problem with my 1998 VW Jetta. My parking brake light came on one day, but only half illuminated. Shortly after my windshield wipers and headlights stopped working. My radio works but the fans don't work either. Most likely this is a problem with the blend doors. This is a very common failure on the GC Limited. You can get diagnostic information and a fix on the HeaterTreater web site. These guys are the experts. Follow my user name to my Bio Page for a link, or just search heatertreater on any search engine and you will get there eventually.
