2001 jeep grand Cherokee limited heater stopped working but everything else including blower motor engine temperature is ok. What could be the cause or remedy.?

Most likely this is a problem with the blend doors. This is a very common failure on the GC Limited. You can get diagnostic information and a fix on the HeaterTreater web site.
