"Scratch it" ( just make sure your not being watched ). Relax itching in nipple piercings is normal during the healing and seasoning period. Generally they only get itchy in the worst possible situations ( over at the folks place for Sunday dinner, around coworkers who you would rather not know you have your nipple pierced ). Nipples enhance as they heal (they a get a bit bigger) this is where the "itching" comes from. If you at home grab a shower and clean the piercing with lots of warm running water, this will tend to ease the itching. As the piercing becomes more seasoned the itching will ease off and you won't have any issues, but for now all you can do is either clean it or give it a good scratch. But now you know the rest of the story.
If its whitish/yellow, its fine because its just lymph.Just keep cleaning as you normally would and it'll go away eventually. If its more of a greenish/yellow, that's a sign of infection. If your piercing has been itchy, swollen, or red for more than 2-3 weeks, its probably infection.
