Is he the best choice? What options do you have and how long will you be in someone's care. In foster care, at 18 you are on your own. Would you have time to adjust? He would take you in, but can he? Money being the issue. Also, it may not be up to him or you, the court may decide for you. Lots of difficult questions that need to be answered. You will have to look at all of your options and try to find the best choice. It needs to be legal to protect both of you. I would expect the court to ask you what you want to do and they will decide if that is the best thing for you. Sometimes you have to do what someone older says even if you don't want to. Someone with more experience.
