If he has done it 3 times it's hardly going to be his second chance. Unless his excuses are valid (death, accidents or acts of God) then I wouldn't give him another chance. He is taking advantage of you and he is hurting you. If he does this before you actually go out then I can't imagine having a relationship with him being much different.

∙ 14y ago(example)when a guy asks you out to go to the park and tells you to be ready at 6:00pm and you say ok .Times flys its 5:30 all of a sudden the guy calls and says "ooh im sorry i cant make it because"..........what ever the reason was.what you should do is when he asks you out again tell him/her you are busy maybe tomorrow you'll call him/her so you keep him or her waiting for your call the reason i told you to say u were busy is because you dont want to seem des-prate rite? Make your self look interesting:)
