This has happened to me before. Just try to distance yourself from them, and if that does not work then just flat out tell her what you think of her.
Just make sure you aren't sending mixed messages. She must spend time close to you if she thinks you are her best friend. If she is creating the relationship only in her mind then be cool but kind and try to let her down easy so she won't feel terribly hurt and embarrassed or turn vindictive.
Well, if your best friend likes your boyfriend, then I really think you shouldn't date him. If your best friend just doesn't like him, then you should just date him. I mean, does it really matter what your best friend thinks? She should like you no matter who you date.
If you are really sure that you like him, then you should talk to your friend if she thinks it is okay to pursue this boy romantically. You don't want to hurt your relationship with your best friend over something like a boy.
I don't think there is much the best friend can do. You can talk to him and tell him to shut his mouth. You could be really biotchy about it or just completely ignore it.
you tell your best friend and see what she thinks about it
Just ignore what people are saying. Do not lose your best friend because of what people are saying.
If this is your best friend, you should respect their feeling and opinion. Trying to force them in to a romantic relationship is 'unfriendly' at best. Maybe you should just be patient and see what the future brings. If you are really friends then you have a lot of time for things to change.
if your girlfriend AND your best friend turned on you- wow- that must hurt
I suggest that you tell him, and see what he thinks about it.
Sit down and talk to him about it
tell him. ^^^i asked question : i cant im too shy...

You should talk about it with your best friend. You both should be able to date whoever you want!
