She needs to be taken to your Veterinarian to be checked. In the mean time, try to put something on that nipple that will keep the pups from getting to it until you can get her in to see the Vet. She probably has mastitis and needs treatment. You need to get her into your Vet SOON so that this infection does not spread to all of her breasts.
