I used to be sort of like this when I was around your age, I am a junior in hs now. I never had serious mental breakdowns but I would always feel stressed and would have irrational fears about what would happen if I was away from my family or something. I don't know if this is what you are experiencing but I didn't like leaving my family and I would feel anxious of nervous a lot and I would cry myself to sleep a lot. Luckily for me this was only a short phase, probably 3 months but I went to a therapist and it did not help at all. It terrified me and I told myself I never wanted to go again so I just sort of told my self not to be stressed and not to cry and I just went away. Some tips I found for getting to sleep at night were just relaxing and thinking about everything I did that day and focusing on proper breathing. I would also just start counting until I fell asleep. I also took meds like Tylenol before bed. My advice to you would be to tell you this is a normal thing and it is probably just a phase. try not to stress at the little things and laugh a lot. 13 is a very hormonal time especially in a teenage girls life and it will definitely get better. I play really highly competitive Lacrosse and I run a lot. Sports and exercise helped me focus my stress on that instead of other unimportant things.
Hope this helps maybe!

The word "doolally" is believed to have originated from the British military slang during the colonial era in India. It likely comes from the Deolali military camp near Bombay, which was used as a transit camp for soldiers returning to Britain. Soldiers waiting at the camp were said to suffer from mental health issues or exhibit strange behaviors, leading to the term "doolally tap" or "doolally" to describe someone behaving eccentrically or showing signs of madness.
