There are a few things to try:
I don't really know what kind of clients you have or what kinds of questions they are asking you, but if it is your job to answer your clients' questions, and you are asked a question to which you do not know the answer, perhaps you can do some research and find out the answer, and get back to your client later. If, however, it is a question that you will never be able to answer, or don't even want to answer, then just tell the client that you regret that you are unable to answer.
Leave the question blank and come back to it later
Ensure the trainees that you will find the answer. Make a note of it and do the necessary research so you can answer them the next time you see them.
Admit that you don't currently know the answer, but that you will find out and get back to him or her as soon as possible.
Inverse domain is used to map an address to a name. For instance, if a server receives a request from a client and this server has only the ip addresses of the clients in its list then the server needs to find out if this client is on its authorized client list. In order to determine if the client is on the authorized client list, server asks its resolver to query to the DNS server to map an address to name. And this type of querys are called inverse query(pointer query -PTR).

Client side (web browser) where user types his/her query and web browser sends request to server side (multiple data provider) reads the query and in response provides respective data to the client in HTML format. its a repetitive cycle called request and response between client and server.
To ensure understanding and successful communication, hence results, you both need to know what the other is speaking about. For the client to trust you (with their business and therefore $) they need to know that you understand what they are talking about and can follow their instructions or provide them with the right advice.

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc759550(WS.10).aspx If the client site name is known, the client DNS query specifies the site. DNS returns the IP addresses of domain controllers that match the DNS query. The client Net Logon service sends an LDAP UDP message to one or more of the domain controllers that have been returned by DNS in order to determine whether any of the specified domain controllers are running and support the specified domain. ---------- Chily Active Directory Query helps out and above all its a freeware tool: http://www.chilysoftware.com/active-directory-query.html
