You should tell the truth about what happened to your teacher and tell them that you will bring it in tomorrow or next week if it is due on Friday.
Don't even try to make an excuse
There is only one thing you can do. Tell your teacher at the start of the day and ask if you can turn the homework in the following day or possibly do it again if you have time before the class.
Talk to your teacher at the beginning of the day and ask if you can bring it in the next day.
in my opinion i think teachers give way to much homework for a student to handle. There also comes a time when i think that teachers do this to students to prepare for the future at hand. Also, i play softball so i think that they should give students less homework in one day and give it another day.
You have to have a homework notebook where you write down all your assignments, and a calendar where you write what's due on what day - then you'll never forget!
No. Lest we forget means: in order that we not forget.
That's usually the idea - most homework is designed to be finished in one night.
The best way is to write it down in a planner. If you are a big picture person, look at the entire month. If you worry about details, write down assignments AND what you did in each class for every day. I also find that it helps to keep one folder for homework-in-progress. That way, I can't forget papers at school or that there was homework in one class.
The teacher first has to plan what homework to give -- it has to help you learn whatever lesson you had that day. Then, the teacher has to decide how much homework is fair. Then, the teacher has to grade every single piece of homework from every kid in every class they teach!
You will probably get around one hour of work per class, though not every class will give you homework every single day.
I believe that homework should be given to students. Although many people hate having homework (I do too), it is a great way for students to review the day's work and understand it to a deeper level. I think that there should be homework, but only about 30 mins- 1 hr of homework, and definitely no projects
When no homework gets given for the day (WOHO :) )
They don't want to give us homework but the school said so and they don't want to get fire,so they kinda care.
